Magen David Adom - also in Judea and Samaria
Conflicting reports are available on whether Magen David Adom (Israel's version of the Red Cross) is operating normaly and openly in Judea and Samaria, home to over 300,000 Israelis. Eyewitness reports in the Hebrew press in Israel appear to indicate that the problem continues and that the red Magen David is being removed from Judea and Samaria ambulances under various pretexts, seemingly responsive to demands on the part of the International Red Cross.

US4Israel is delighted to report that a solution is in the offing.
We are informed that this Sunday (March 4), the Ministerial Committee of Legislation in Israel will vote on a bill requiring Magen David Adom to provide services in Judea and Samaria by law. This will allow Magen David Adom to withstand any pressure because the Israeli organization will be able to point to a legal obligation imposed upon it by Knesset, the Israeli parliament.
Text of the bill (Hebrew): http://www.knesset.gov.il/privatelaw/data/18/3907.rtf
ACTION CALL: You are kindly requested to make contact with Israeli ministers in the Government of Israel TODAY, TOMORROW AND OVER THE WEEKEND to provide much-needed support from abroad for the Israeli position. The vote will take place Sunday 1 pm Israeli time which is early Sunday morning on the East Cost. Your email can therefore be sent as late as this Saturday night (3 March).

re: Sunday Ministers' Vote re Magen David Adom in Yehuda and Shomron - we are with you
Dear Madam and Sir, As a friend of Israel I am writing to comment on the upcoming Sunday vote in Committee to pass the "Magen David Adom also in Judea and Samaria" bill.
As a concerned individual I will always stand by Israeli organizations' right and duty to combat any pressure to provide less or no medical services to the large Jewish comunity of Judea and Samaria.
I am sure that many feel the same way -- people are people and all deserve medical care.
Please therefore feel free to support this equitable bill on Sunday.
